What file types do you accept?
We like to keep things simple and easy, which means uploading your print-ready artwork files in PDF format.
How do I upload my artwork?
We’ve made it easy. Simply follow the on-screen instructions when you place your order. You’ll see a preview of the artwork you have uploaded on screen, and you can flick through the pages of your proof and easily delete and re-upload your artwork if needed.
How do I supply files for booklets?
That’s easy too! Upload individual page files in order, 1,2,3,4 etc, in a PDF format and we will do the rest.

Don’t forget that if your booklet uses a perfect (glue) binding, then some of the page will be sucked into the spine. To avoid losing any of your content, make sure you allow a 7mm margin along the spine edge.

Be aware that our maximum individual file upload size is 200MB.
What is the maximum file size for uploading my artwork?
Our maximum size upload is 200MB per file.
Do you print in RGB or CMYK?
We print in CMYK, so to avoid any unwelcome surprises when you open your order, avoid supplying your artwork in RGB. If your artwork is supplied in RGB, we will be able to convert it, but the final colours and overall print result is likely to be compromised. If you’re stuck, give us a call on 0300 3033 860.
How do I place an order?
It’s simple.
1. Create or login to your account.
2. Select the finished size, orientation, paper type, paper weight, finish and if necessary, the binding type or fold type desired before entering the number of copies you require.
3. Hit ‘Upload Your File’ and drag and drop onto the grey square. Alternatively you can click on the grey square to select your file from your computer.
4. Click ‘Show Preview’ to see the files that you have uploaded and ‘Add to basket’ to see your order summary.
5. Hit ‘Checkout’ when you are ready to pay for your order and enter your delivery details to trigger the start of the printing process.

What is your standard delivery?
Once your product is printed we will use an overnight courier service to ensure the speediest possible delivery. Please note that we do not provide a delivery service for Saturdays or Sundays, and deliveries to the Channel Islands are subject to weather conditions.
What is the cost of delivery?
Delivery is included in the price.
When will my order be delivered?
The countdown clock on our website will indicate when you can expect to take delivery of your order. You will also receive an email or text notification from our overnight courier informing you of the day and timeslot during which they will try to deliver your Real Print order.
Do you ship outside the UK?
Not at the moment, but watch this space…
My delivery hasn’t arrived. What should I do?

I have made a mistake with my order. What can I do?
Please call 0300 3033 860 as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to halt and amend your order, but please understand that it may be too late as we aim to print your order as soon as possible after you have placed it. Please refer to our terms and conditions.
Can I change my delivery address after I have place my order?
Yes you can. Simply email hello@realprint.co.uk or call 0300 3033 860 with your order number and if it is possible then we will change the details for you.
Can I cancel my order?
Please call 0300 3033 860 as soon as possible and have your order number in front of you. We’ll do our best to help you, but please understand that it may be too late, and refer to our terms and conditions.
Where will my order be printed?
Every job you place with Real Print is produced and finished in our own factory – unlike many of our competitors, we oversee the entire process, from the arrival of your artwork to placing your order on the delivery van. That’s why we’re called Real Print!
What should I do if I am unhappy with my order?
Please let us know straight away either by calling 0300 3033 860, or emailing hello@realprint.co.uk. Please have your order number to hand. It may also help if you are able to provide pictures of your order to help us understand the problem.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept pre-payment via SagePay.
Will I be charged for paying using a credit card?
No, you won’t be charged for paying using a credit card. We are happy to accept either Visa or Mastercard.
Do you store my credit card information?
No. We don’t store credit card information anywhere on our systems.
Do I have to pay VAT?
All Real Print prices are inclusive of VAT, where VAT applies.
