Wedding and anniversary newspapers and magazines, the perfect keepsake.

Looking for something a little different for your special day?

“Wedding News” (a personalised printed magazine with details all about the special couple) is the perfect way to involve guests in the detail and hard work that has gone into planning a wedding.

One of our Real Print customers commented found that their printed magazine, “was a big hit with the 150 special people who attended our wedding - many commented on how nice it was to understand how and why we’d chosen the venue, music, flowers, colours, and food that we had; they laughed at the funny stories of memories made with our wedding party and enjoyed the personalised Sudoku, crossword and word-search puzzles that we created to keep people busy whilst we did ‘the boring bit’ of signing the register”.

The best wedding newspapers, magazines and printed programmes that we have printed contain all the information that the couple in question want their guests to know, literally anything and everything. They usually have a minimum of 4 pages but there really is no limit as to how many pages the printed magazine or brochure can have, as they can be saddle-stitched or perfect bound…just know it needs to be a multiple of 4 and will require a cover with a spine if perfect/PUR bound (glued). Uncoated paper is by far the most popular for this type of publication.

Don’t know what to include in your wedding or anniversary newspaper? Follow these pointers, collated from other printed booklets, programmes and newspaper style folded leaflets that we have produced.

What to include?

  • The Story – how you met, your engagement, your future plans…
  • When and Where – details of the ceremony and the reception
  • Order of Service
  • Wedding Party (names, short bio and photos)
  • Tribute to parents, guardians and loved ones
  • The little details – why you chose the venue, colours, flowers, food and music if they were particularly important to you
  • Photos and images relevant to the big day - it’s a great way to break the ‘Wedding Magazine’ into sections
  • Poems
  • Guest pieces – amusing content written by those in your wedding party or that you have found online (as long as you have permission to put it in print and share it)
  • Excerpts of relevant readings or songs
  • Personalised word searches, crossword puzzles, jokes, and comics

A newspaper programme allows you to make a lasting impression on your guests and have something to remember the little details of your special day.

Put some or all of the suggestions above and we guarantee you will have something completely unique, personal, and memorable that you and your guests will cherish forever.
